“小孩小孩你别馋,过了腊八就是年”,伴随着这句熟悉的童谣,农历十二月初八——腊八节迈着欢快的脚步向我们走来啦!在这个充满传统韵味的节日里,理想国幼儿园的宝贝们参与了丰富多彩的活动,一起探寻腊八节的奥秘,感受了浓浓的节日氛围!快来跟着我们的镜头瞧一瞧吧!

"Children, don't be greedy, after Laba, the New Year is here." With this familiar folk rhyme, the Laba Festival on the 8th day of the twelfth lunar month joyfully approaches! During this traditional holiday, the children at Imaginist Kindergarten participated in a variety of activities to explore the mysteries of Laba Festival and experience the festive atmosphere. 知腊八,探来历与习俗

Understanding Laba: History and Customs

在老师们的精心引导下,不同年段的孩子们都对腊八节有了深入的认识。孩子们知道了腊八节是我国历史悠久的传统节日,它承载着人们对美好生活的期盼和祝福。

托小班的孩子们通过生动有趣的小故事了解了腊八节的来历,他们一个个听得可认真啦,小眼睛里满是好奇,仿佛跟着故事穿越回了古代,去探寻腊八节诞生的奇妙旅程呢。

Under the teachers’ thoughtful guidance, children from different age groups gained a deeper understanding of the Laba Festival. They learned that it is a time-honored traditional Chinese holiday, symbolizing people's hopes and blessings for a better life.

The toddlers discovered the origins of the Laba Festival through lively and engaging stories. Their curious eyes sparkled with interest as if they were traveling back in time to uncover the fascinating journey of the Laba Festival.


中班的孩子们则学起了朗朗上口的腊八节儿歌:腊八粥,香甜甜,八样谷物往里添。红枣花生加核桃,绿豆红豆和桂圆…… 稚嫩的童声回荡在教室里,他们一边唱着儿歌,一边也更加深刻地记住了腊八节的独特魅力和传统习俗,在欢快的节奏中感受着传统文化的熏陶。

The middle class children sang the catchy Laba Festival song: Laba porridge, sweet and fragrant, eight kinds of grains mixed in. They sang along, while also grasping the unique charm and customs of the festival. The joyful rhythm allowed them to feel the warmth of traditional culture.


大班的哥哥姐姐们更是像一个个小小文化传承者,认真地了解了腊八粥的制作方式,知道了这一碗小小的腊八粥里原来藏着这么多的学问和讲究,从食材的选择到熬制的步骤,都充满了浓浓的年味儿和人们对新年的美好期许。

The senior class children became little cultural inheritors, carefully learning how to make Laba porridge. They discovered that there is much knowledge and care behind this bowl of porridge, from ingredient selection to cooking steps, filled with the rich flavors of the New Year and people's wishes for the coming year.


识粗粮,感外形与营养

Recognizing Whole Grains: Shapes and Nutritional Value

腊八节怎么少得了腊八粥呀,而腊八粥里各种各样的粗粮可是主角呢!在活动中,老师们向孩子们介绍了常见粗粮的名称,带着孩子们一起观察它们的外形,感受每一种粗粮独特的模样。瞧,那一颗颗饱满的红豆,红红的外皮像宝石一样漂亮;还有那圆滚滚的薏仁,白白净净的,特别可爱。

同时,孩子们也了解到这些粗粮都有着丰富的营养价值,吃了可以让我们的身体变得更强壮哦!孩子们可积极啦,都愿意在集体面前分享自己认识的粗粮,小小的教室里充满了欢乐的讨论声。

Laba porridge is incomplete without its various whole grains, and these grains take center stage! Teachers introduced the children to common types of whole grains, guiding them to observe their shapes and appreciate each grain’s unique appearance. Look at the plump red beans, their red skins shining like jewels; and the round, white, and cute Job’s tears.

The children also learned about the nutritional benefits of these whole grains, understanding that eating them helps make our bodies stronger. They eagerly shared what they knew about whole grains, filling the classroom with lively discussions.



制专属腊八粥,享节日欢乐

Making "Exclusive" Laba Porridge: Enjoying the Festival Joy

最让孩子们期待的,莫过于亲手制作属于自己班级特色的腊八粥啦!

The most exciting part for the children was making their own class-specific Laba porridge!

托班

托班的孩子们在老师的帮助下,小心翼翼地把这些充满甜蜜味道的 “宝藏”放进锅里,看着锅里变得五彩斑斓,小脸蛋上洋溢着开心又自豪的笑容,仿佛那就是世界上最神奇的魔法!

The toddlers carefully added sweet ingredients into the pot with the help of teachers. Watching the pot turn colorful, their faces beamed with happiness and pride as if they were performing magic.


小班

小班的孩子们则选择了好吃又好看的果干类食材,葡萄干、蔓越莓干、无花果干纷纷登场啦。他们一边往锅里添加着果干,一边想象着一会儿煮出来的腊八粥会是多么美味呀,那专注的小模样别提多可爱了。

The younger children chose tasty and colorful dried fruits—raisins, cranberries, and figs made their appearance. As they added these ingredients, they imagined how delicious the porridge would taste. Their focused expressions were absolutely adorable.


中班

中班的孩子们和坚果来了一场亲密接触,腰果、巴旦木、松子仁在他们的小手里变得格外有趣,当把这些营养丰富的坚果放进锅里时,他们也在心里种下了一颗热爱传统美食的种子,期待着自己亲手制作的腊八粥散发诱人的香气。

The middle class children had a close encounter with nuts like cashews, almonds, and pine nuts. As they added these nutritious ingredients to the pot, they also planted a seed of love for traditional food, eagerly anticipating the fragrant Laba porridge they had helped create.


大班

大班的哥哥姐姐们就更厉害了,他们化身小小美食家,摆弄起桂皮、陈皮、豆蔻这些香料类食材,有模有样地学着调配比例,为腊八粥增添独特的风味。在这个过程中,他们不仅感受到了制作美食的乐趣,更深入地领略了传统美食背后深厚的文化底蕴。

The senior class children acted as little food experts, experimenting with spices like cinnamon, dried tangerine peel, and cardamom. They learned how to mix these spices in the right proportions, adding unique flavors to the porridge. Through this process, they not only enjoyed the fun of cooking but also appreciated the deep cultural significance behind traditional foods.


当一碗碗热气腾腾、香气扑鼻的特色腊八粥端上桌时,整个幼儿园都弥漫着浓浓的节日气息。孩子们品尝着自己亲手制作的腊八粥,那满足的表情,仿佛在告诉大家,这就是传统节日带来的最幸福的味道!

When bowls of steaming, fragrant Laba porridge were served, the entire kindergarten was filled with festive cheer. The children happily tasted their own creations, and their satisfied expressions seemed to say, "This is the happiest taste of a traditional festival!


通过这次丰富多彩的腊八节活动,宝贝们不仅了解了腊八节的来历和习俗,认识了各种粗粮,还亲手参与制作并品尝了腊八粥,在欢乐的氛围中深深感受到了我国传统节日文化的独特魅力。希望这些美好的传统能在孩子们心中扎根发芽,伴随他们茁壮成长!

Through this colorful Laba Festival activity, the children not only learned about the origins and customs of Laba, but also recognized various whole grains, participated in making Laba porridge, and deeply felt the unique charm of Chinese traditional festivals. We hope these beautiful traditions take root in the children's hearts, accompanying them as they grow and flourish!
